Pancake.

How we afforded Pancake.

We owe so much to our first build, Saguaro. Not only did she open up a whole new world of travel and opportunity, she funded our next chapter as well. At the end of the first year of travel, we had run out of the money we set aside for Saguaro.

Instead of returning home in hopes of refilling what we had deemed our “bus fund” - we made the tough choice to sell Saguaro in order to continue traveling. We sold Saguaro for $39,000 and quickly invested it all into our second build, Pancake.

Our dream home. Again.

One year into traveling in our beloved skoolie, we made the tough decision to transition from bus life to van life. The van build was our second conversion at this point, and we were excited to take on a new challenge.

How much it cost.

Before.

After.
